Cyrille Flichy joined BCGE in 2023. He is currently in charge of the Private Markets team, which manages Private Equity funds, institutional mandates in Private Markets, as well as the bank’s balance sheet investments in Private Equity.
Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Cyrille was a Partner at DAA Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund, where he was responsible for investment due diligence, negotiation of terms, financing, and the closing of investment agreements with portfolio companies. Cyrille actively supported portfolio companies as a board member or observer, helping them grow and ensuring their development according to predefined milestones. He notably contributed to the turnaround of a company and led it to go public. He also established Luxembourg investment funds (SCSp and RAIF).
Before that, from 2010 to 2018, Cyrille was Head of the Advisory and Private Markets department at Arab Bank Switzerland. He managed private and institutional client mandates across all asset classes (bonds, equities, private markets, derivatives). He managed multi-asset funds as well as the bank’s pension fund. He launched the private markets offering, investing both in funds and directly in companies.
