Uwe Fleischhauer is a Member of the Executive Board of YIELCO Investments AG. From 1998 until 2011, he ran his independent alternative investment advisory firm, Fleischhauer, Hoyer & Partner (FHP), Private Equity Consultants where he focused on advisory and consulting projects for institutional investors around private equity, infrastructure, mezzanine, and cleantech. His company was considered one of Germany’s most respected independent research firms, regularly publishing market surveys and studies on current topics in private equity. Prior, he was a management consultant / project leader at the international consulting firms, Arthur D. Little and Mercer Management Consulting for over seven years. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bremen and a postgraduate degree in “European Enterprise Management” from the Dorset Business School in Bournemouth (England) and University of Barcelona (Spain).
