Philippe is chairman and co-chief investment officer of Infrastructure Investing within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He also serves as co-chair of the Asset Management Infrastructure Investment Committee. Previously, Philippe served as global head and then co-head of Infrastructure Investing from 2011 to 2022. Prior to that, he led Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners in EMEA. Philippe joined Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division in 1992 as an analyst and joined the Merchant Banking real estate investing department as an associate in 1997. He was named managing director in 2003 and partner in 2010.
Philippe serves as a director on the board of CityFibre, a UK telecom fibre provider.
Philippe earned a degree in Finance from HEC Paris in 1992.
