As an investment director on Wellington's Private Investments Capital Formation Team, Cara leads the firm’s product and commercial strategy for our evergreen private investment vehicles, overseeing the development, structuring and distribution of the firm’s strategies in this area. She serves as business and investment oversight of these strategies and coordinates the strategy, fundraising, and messaging for the funds. She is also responsible for fund governance and risk oversight, product development and investor relations. She is based in Boston.
