Lee Lowicki is a Partner at ACE & Company, where he co-leads the firm’s strategy of investing in lower middle market buyouts in the US and Europe in partnership with Independent Sponsors. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He is primarily responsible for leading the strategy's investment team including deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. He also serves as a board director on several portfolio companies.
Before joining ACE, Lee began his career at PwC in the Transaction Services group, providing financial due diligence support to private equity firms and corporate clients throughout the M&A process. His work included analyzing target company financials, identifying transaction risks, and advising on deal structures.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, is a CFA charterholder, and holds a CPA designation (inactive).
