Boe is Chairman of mid-market infrastructure firm VisionEdgeOne (VE1). He has over 30 years of experience in international financial services with executive leadership positions in private equity, funds management, investment banking, and corporate structured finance. Prior to VE1, Boe was CEO and Global Head of Infrastructure Equity at AMP Capital, which he built into a top 5 global infrastructure investment manager with USD 21 billion AUM. He previously held various executive leadership positions at ABN AMRO/Royal Bank of Scotland. Boe was also founder and CEO of Foreshore Global Capital and started his investment banking career at Citibank. Boe holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), a Bachelor of Laws from University of New South Wales, a Master of Laws from University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
