Michael co-leads Vivo’s private equity strategy and leads value creation initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to Vivo, he held a strategy and commercial planning role at Johnson & Johnson, where he focused on corporate strategy, operational improvement, and business development. Earlier, Michael was a strategy consultant at Booz & Company (PwC) and Fletcher Spaght, advising healthcare and life sciences clients on strategic and commercial priorities. Education Background
