Konstanze is the EY-Parthenon UK&I Private Equity Leader. She focuses on integrating exit readiness into the value creation lifecycle to reduce interruptions and drive successful exits, leveraging the latest EY thought leadership, including tools and data.
Since Konstanze joined EY in 2003, she has worked in the US, Germany and the UK, leading large, complex, international carve-outs, IPOs and cross-border buy- and sell-side due diligence projects across both the assurance and the strategy and transactions service lines. She is passionate about supporting clients and enabling EY teams to create value with PE clients and their portfolio companies.
Elected to the UK EY LLP Board in July 2025.
Konstanze holds BSc and MSc degrees in business administration from the University of Regensburg. She is qualified as a Wirtschaftsprüferin (German CA) and a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales). She also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
