Victoria Sienczewski is the CEO and Founder of AuumAI, where she is pioneering the adoption of artificial intelligence for LPs and allocators and leading the investment industry in defining best practices for AI integration. She is also the host of The Agentic Allocator, a podcast exploring how LPs and GPs are embracing AI across their organisations.
Prior to founding AuumAI, Victoria served as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) at Global Endowment Management, where she oversaw complex multi-asset portfolios on behalf of endowments and foundations. She subsequently launched a multi-asset class fund-of-funds with Ted Seides of Capital Allocators, taking on full leadership responsibility for manager selection and investment research. Most recently, she spearheaded the expansion of Moonfare's digital private markets investment platform, further cementing her expertise at the intersection of investment management and technology.
Through AuumAI, Victoria is helping institutional LPs & allocators navigate the transformative potential of AI, building the frameworks, tools, and knowledge base that will define the next era of asset allocation. She holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
