Noëlla de Bermingham joined Andera Partners in 2021 as Chief Sustainability Officer. She began her career in 2010 at Accor, within the Sustainable Development Department, where she led projects spanning innovation and brand strategy. In 2014, she moved to Eurazeo, first as CSR Manager and later as CSR Deputy Director, where she designed and implemented strategic sustainability frameworks both at the firm level and across its portfolio companies.
An environmental engineer and jurist by training, Noëlla holds a Master 2 in Sustainable Development.
Beyond her role at Andera Partners, she is actively engaged in the broader private equity ecosystem: she chaired the Sustainability Commission at France Invest from 2022 to 2025, and was elected to its Board of Directors in June 2025. In 2025, her team was awarded CSR Team of the Year by Private Equity Magazine.
She is fluent in French and English.
