Vicente is a Co-founding Partner of Nzyme at Kibo Ventures. Prior to co-founding Nzyme, Vicente was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, where he was a member of the Private Capital team and headed the Iberian Diversity & Inclusion committee. Before Oliver Wyman, he was Vice President of Corporate Investments at Deutsche Bank in London, directly involved in principal investing and corporate development transactions. Based in Madrid since 2011, Vicente has almost twenty years of experience at the intersection of strategy, operations and transaction execution, spanning advisory for leading PE sponsors, principal investing and post-acquisition value creation – providing Nzyme with a differentiated capability to drive operational improvement in portfolio companies.

Sell-side advisory: advised clients on value maximisation through disposal strategies, including designing transactions, advising Boards on go/no-go decisions, running end-to-end sale processes and crafting compelling equity stories to drive competitive bidding
On behalf of Advent, drafted the Vendor Commercial Due Diligence report supporting their exit from Tinsa – Advent achieved a price equivalent to 27x LTM EBITDA (two times the prevailing market multiple)
Value creation in portfolio companies: for Cerberus, co-led the creation of a new residential leasing platform from inception, working with the Board Chairman to design, build and operate the company in a start-up mode, accelerating returns by +1x vs. underwriting
Active angel investor with a portfolio spanning proptech (Inmho/Clickalia, 9x MoIC expected), fintech (Velvet, Minu), AI/SaaS (Fligooo), consumer (Komvida, 19x unrealised) and real estate (Ancana), as well as additional minority investments as business angel
