Michael Kahn is a Director at Cascadia Capital in the Equity Capital Solutions Group, where he draws on deep experience and expertise advising sponsors and sophisticated investors across diverse industries and geographies in the middle market. Michael has over 12 years of experience in alternative investments and private equity in both buy and sell-side roles, equipping him with a diverse perspective that encompasses all stakeholders in a transaction.
Prior to joining Cascadia, Michael advised on direct and secondary transactions at Houlihan Lokey following its 2024 acquisition of Triago. Prior to Triago, Michael served in various roles with Cebile Capital, GCM Grosvenor, Allianz Global Investors, and Citigroup.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in US History from Columbia University.
