Charles-Henri has over 23 years of experience in leveraged finance. Before joining Kartesia, Charles-Henri worked at Bank of Ireland, based in Paris, as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance team, and was instrumental in generating significant dealflow by strengthening and developing a solid network of financial sponsors, managers and intermediaries. At Bank of Ireland, Charles-Henri supervised and coached 9 team members when working on transactions such as Bio7 recapitalisation, LPCR refinancing and MLA of Unipex. Prior to Bank of Ireland, Charles-Henri has held roles as a Partner at Tipizz, Vice-President at ING and HSBC in Leveraged Finance. Charles-Henri is based in Paris, and responsible for the origination, analysis and execution of Senior Opportunities investments in France. Charles-Henri holds an MSc in Management with a Major in Finance from HEC School of Management. Charles-Henri is fluent in French, Spanish and English
