Rafael Calvo joined Clearlake Credit in 2001 and is a Managing Director, Head of Private Credit Portfolio Management (Europe). As well as being responsible for investment and portfolio construction strategies, Mr. Calvo is also a member of the Executive Group and the Investment Committee. Mr. Calvo has 31 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, structured finance, and private credit lending. Prior to Clearlake Credit Europe, he was part of the European Securitisation Group at Deutsche Bank in London. Mr. Calvo holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
