Quentin Nickmans is Co-Founder of Hexa, Europe’s leading venture-builder, and Managing Partner of Hexa Scale, its software-focused private equity strategy.
After graduating from Solvay Business School, Quentin began his career at BCG before co-founding and exiting a technology startup in the food delivery sector in 2010. In 2011, he co-founded Hexa, which has since built more than 50 B2B software companies, including category leaders such as Aircall, Front, Spendesk, Yousign, Swan and Roundtable. Together, these companies represent over $6bn in enterprise value.
Over the past 15 years, Quentin has worked alongside founders from company creation through scale-up and serves on the boards of several leading B2B SaaS businesses, including unicorns.
In 2023, he launched Hexa Scale, a private equity strategy focused on acquiring and growing profitable mission-critical B2B software companies by combining operational excellence with AI-driven value creation.
Quentin is based in Paris and Brussels, and is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
