After a first experience investment banking and internal audit in banks, Thomas joined Marsh in
France in 2011 where he worked various broking and commercial positions until 2017 with a focus on
Financial Institutions and financial risks.
After a successful leadership and intrapreneurial experience in Austria and CEE and an executive
role in Belgium & Luxembourg, Thomas is now covering French and international private capital funds
for Marsh since 2025, focusing on value creation and transactions.
