Arezki Yaïche is a financial journalist specialising in M&A and EU competition law, with a particular focus on transactions shaped by regulatory and industrial sovereignty considerations in Europe.
Since 2014, he has worked as a financial journalist specialising in M&A and EU regulation. He began his career at Mergermarket as France M&A Correspondent in 2014 and was appointed Paris Bureau Chief in 2017. He then joined MLex as Senior Antitrust Correspondent in Brussels between 2019 and 2021, before returning to Mergermarket as Paris Bureau Chief in 2021.
