Ivan is the EY Global Private Equity Leader where he leads a team of private equity (PE) professionals serving 137 countries, advising on the most prominent global PE deals. He is widely recognized and respected across the PE industry as a commercial and influential leader and is a sought-after chair and speaker at leading international conferences. Ivan is a Senior Advisor to many prominent PE clients which vary in size and investment strategies, with more than 30 years of experience advising PE firms on strategy, transactions and advisory matters across the PE enterprise. Ivan also serves as the EY Americas Private Equity Markets Leader and was previously the EY Global Private Equity Value Creation Leader where he focused on leveraging fund relationships to help accelerate portfolio company revenue growth and create value. He brings a results-oriented approach to navigate the dynamic value creation landscape, identifying opportunities across sectors and throughout the deal lifecycle to reshape and transform organizations. Ivan holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurial Studies from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, CPA and CIRA and holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
