**Teena Jilka** has over 16 years’ experience in Alternative Investment advisory across private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds. Her responsibilities at Mercer include investment advisory for our family office and banking relationships.
Before joining Mercer in 2023, she led the Alternative Advisory service at Pictet Private Wealth. Teena also has over 10 years prior experience in alternative investment advisory roles across JP Morgan, Trafigura and Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity.
Teena has a Master in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in International Trade and French from the University of Portsmouth. Teena speaks 4 languages (English, French, Italian and Gujarati).
