Marta Stojanova is Managing Director and Head of the EMEA Leveraged Finance and Private Corporate Debt team at S&P Global Ratings, having
joined the London office in 2019. She oversees public and private leveraged buyout transactions ratings, including managing relationships with private equity sponsors, distressed exchanges and recovery analysis. In addition, she oversees the EMEA activities assigning private credit ratings and credit estimates, particularly for mid-market CLOs. With 19 years of experience in originating and structuring debt-financed acquisitions, Marta has worked at Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, and ING in leveraged finance and high-yield capital
markets.Additionally, she spent three years at Citi Private Equity, investing over $11 billion in private company equity, mezzanine financing, and fund-of-funds across Europe and North America
