Louis-Roch Burgard joined Infranity in 2022 as an Investment Managing Director and Co-Head of the Equity Investment.
Before joining Infranity, Louis-Roch was CEO of CNIM Group starting in 2020, a listed, family-owned company undergoing restructuring, active in waste management and large industrial components.
In 2016, he became CEO of SAUR, a leader in municipal water and waste services. There, he led the exit from the waste sector, relaunched international operations, and oversaw the company’s sale to a major infrastructure fund.
Previously, Louis-Roch spent seven years at VINCI Concessions as CEO and member of the Group Executive Committee. He had earlier held operational leadership roles at VINCI Energies and served as advisor to the CEO of the VINCI Group, which he joined after starting his career in 1998 as a civil servant at the Ministry of Finance.
Louis-Roch is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, ESCP (Finance major), holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Paris Dauphine University, and is an alumnus of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) as Inspecteur des Finances.
