Deepah Colombel is a senior private credit professional with over 15 years of institutional experience across direct lending, mezzanine, and equity co-investment strategies, covering corporate LBOs/MBOs, infrastructure, and real estate debt.
Currently Director of Private Debt at Crédit Agricole Assurances, she oversees c.€8bn in private debt AUM, drives the private debt strategy deployment and serves as a voting LPAC member. Her career spans leading institutions including BNP Paribas Asset Management, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, AXA Investment Managers, and European Capital/American Capital (now LGT EC/Ares).
Deepah holds a Master's degree in Asset Management from Paris Dauphine University (2010-2011) and is AMF-certified. She also completed a specialized Master's degree in Economics and Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine and Paris Sorbonne universities.

A French and Mauritian national (mother tongue Creole), Deepah is fluent in English and French, with additional proficiency in Hindi. She is a Goldman Sachs Global Leader laureate (2008) and holds the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Gold Medal. Outside of work, she enjoys long-distance running, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
