Valérie is a Managing Director of HarbourVest’s secondary team and is a Board Member of HarbourVest Global Private Solution, HarbourVest’s evergreen private equity vehicle. She joined the firm in 2006 and has played a lead role in a wide range of transactions, including multiple GP-led deals involving continuation vehicles.
Valérie has served on the advisory boards of funds managed by Apheon, Astorg, CapVest, PAI Partners, Pollen Street Capital, among others. Valérie’s prior experience includes positions in investment banking and venture capital at Merrill Lynch, Banc of America Securities, and Softbank Europe Ventures.
She holds a Bsc (Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a native French speaker and also speaks Spanish.
