Roland has over 25 years of experience investing in private markets. He joined State Street Investment Management following the acquisition of GE Asset Management (GEAM), where he served as Co-Head of Private Equity in Europe. Prior to GEAM, he worked with GE Capital across various functions in leveraged finance, project finance and large-ticket leasing. He began his GE career with the Corporate Audit Staff. Before joining GE, Roland was a Financial Analyst at Owens Corning.
