Javier Olascoaga is a founding Partner at Senda Investment Partners, a private equity fund manager focused on mid-market buyouts in the Iberian region, where he is co-leading the team's first independent fund after separating from Trilantic Europe.
Prior to Senda, Javier spent over 13 years at Trilantic Europe, a leading European private equity firm, most recently as Managing Partner and previously as Partner, heading its Spanish office. Earlier in his career, he was a Founding Partner of Rasa Land Investors, a $250 million hospitality investment platform based in Mexico.
Javier began his career in investment banking, as an Analyst in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking division, before moving to work as an Associate in Lehman Brothers' Private Equity division, both in London. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CUNEF (Madrid).
