Joe Briggs is the Managing Partner & Founder at Briggs Capital Formation LLP (“BCF”), an advisory business that builds investment firms and launches investment funds. Joe has over a decade of experience advising private investment firms on their setup, capital raising initiatives and ongoing investor requirements. Joe started his career as a fund formation lawyer at SJ Berwin and Clifford Chance before moving to the fund placement team at Houlihan Lokey. He studied History with Economics at the University of York, he is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, and he also completed CFA Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing. Joe won “Best Young Private Equity Personality of the Year” in the Private Equity Exchange Global Awards 2024.
