Martin Hubert is CEO of Nexpublica, a Bain Capital portfolio company and European software provider focused primarily on digital solutions for the public sector. He previously led Inetum’s Global Business Line Software, which was carved out from Inetum and became the independent Nexpublica in 2025, with Bain Capital remaining its principal shareholder.
Martin has more than 30 years of experience in technology and software. Prior to joining Inetum in 2020, he served as CEO of Fiducial Informatique and Novétude Santé and held senior leadership roles at GECI International and Viveo. He began his career at IBM France, where he spent more than a decade in software, sales, and business development roles.
Martin graduated from École Centrale Paris in 1992 and Sciences Po Paris in 1993 and has also completed executive education at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
