Tom has spent the past 25 years advising governments, companies and investors on sustainability and helping asset owners to innovate in private markets. He helped build Wafra’s Capital Constellation, the largest institutional GP anchoring platform.
Tom leads Featherlight’s post-investment value creation process to ensure we contribute proactively to the core drivers of our GPs’ business success, building on over a decade of deep relationships with the institutional world. Tom also contributes to manager sourcing and diligence.
