Benjamin Cordonnier joined Astorg in 2011 and currently serves as the firm’s CEO and Co-Managing Partner. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Benjamin played a key role in building Astorg’s Business Services practice and developing a scalable buy-and-build strategy now applied across the portfolio.
He has led major investments - including IQEQ, Normec, IPCOM, and Steliau - supporting their growth through over 100 M&A deals. He also led two of Europe’s largest single-asset continuation fund processes. Benjamin founded and leads Astorg’s Portfolio Performance Team, embedding value creation at the core of the firm’s strategy.
He is based in Paris and graduated from École Polytechnique and École des Ponts et Chaussées.
