Charles is founder and managing partner of Bowmark Capital LLP, the mid-market private equity investment firm. Established in 1997, Bowmark manages funds of over £2 billion and specialises in investing in technology and services companies. Its focus is on four core areas of the technology sector: data and insight, managed IT services, software, and technology-enabled business services. Charles has over 30 years’ investment experience and, prior to founding Bowmark, worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in London and New York, and in strategic management consultancy with the Boston Consulting Group.
