Carlos Festas Henriques is the Co-head for LatAm and Secondaries Lead with responsAbility’s Private Equity Funds Team. He previously worked at IFC’s funds and co-investments practice out of Washington DC. Before joining IFC, Carlos worked c. 4 years as a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Over his career he deployed c. USD 400m to Emerging Markets. He currently serves on more than 10 fund advisory boards globally.
Carlos holds a B. A. in Business Administration from Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a M.A. in International Management and Finance from IE Business School. Carlos is trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
