Tom Maughan joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Partner in Credit's Private Credit Group and Head of Credit’s European Middle Market efforts.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tom was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan responsible for leading the European team of J.P. Morgan Mezzanine, part of the Global Special Opportunities Group.
Tom received an MBS and a BComm from University College Dublin.
