Brice Engel is a partner in White & Case's Global M&A Practice. He advises on cross-border and domestic M&A, real estate transactions and complex disputes. He is recognised for his ability to anticipate clients' business challenges and to design innovative transaction and negotiation strategies tailored to their strategic objectives.
His experience spans the full range of infrastructure and real estate assets, including retail, data centers, strategic infrastructure, offices, hotels, PBSA, logistics and residential. He advises investment funds, PE and real estate groups, institutional investors, corporates and State-owned entities.
He has practiced in the firm's Paris and New York offices and lectures on M&A at Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2) and Université de Picardie.
