Michael has over 25 years of private equity experience. Michael co-leads the Kedge Capital team in London and has responsibility across all private equity strategies. Michael has deep experience as a Limited Partner, having led over 90+ primary / secondary investments and 50+ co-investments. He sits on various advisory boards of private equity funds. Furthermore, Michael plays a leading role in developing partnerships with Family Office investors.
Prior to joining Kedge Capital Private Equity in 2009, Michael held a senior position in UBS's leveraged finance group in New York. While at UBS he led the underwriting process for over 50 transactions representing over $40 billion in committed capital.
Prior to UBS, Michael worked at a financial services start up and at McKinsey & Co. Michael has an MBA from Stanford University and an MA from Oxford University.
