Ben is a Partner in AG's Investment Management group with a focus on advising sponsors on fund formation matters across all major alternative investment strategies. Ben also advises on a broad range of transactions relating to private funds, including secondary transactions, fund restructurings and co-investment arrangements.
Ben has significant experience gained in private practice and in-house, having previously served as associate general counsel at international real assets fund manager Nuveen.
