Benoît is Head of Private Equity at CAPZA. He joined the firm in 2006 as a Senior Investment Manager and has since held several key roles, including Investment Director (2008), Director (2010), Partner (2014), and Managing Partner (2021).
He played an important role in developing the Flex Equity franchise and remains actively involved in fundraising for this strategy. Today, Benoît oversees the CAPZA Growth Tech, Flex Equity, and Flex Equity Mid-Market funds
Before joining CAPZA, Benoît worked in the Corporate Banking department at Crédit Lyonnais in London and later at EPF Partners (now APAX Small Caps).
He graduated from ESSCA in 2003.
