Rémi Pesseguier is the Co-founder and CEO of Singulier, working with private equity funds across the full investment lifecycle to unlock value through digital strategy, transformation, and AI-driven acceleration.
Rémi advises funds and their portfolio companies from due diligence to post-acquisition value creation. He has led digital acceleration and commercial optimisation initiatives for companies across retail, financial services, and industrial sectors.
Before founding Singulier, Rémi co-founded Komilfo, later acquired by ESV Digital, where he led the Strategy Consulting division. He previously spent four years at McKinsey and held roles in M&A and Debt Capital Markets at JPMorgan.
Remi has a Masters degree from ESCP Business School.
