Renaud has over 20 years of experience in private equity and 10 years of experience as CEO of 2 industrial groups under LBO.
As a CEO of portfolio companies for 10 years, Renaud has gained experience in consistently delivering operational value, leading 2 turnarounds.
The specificity of Ceres team is that the investment team is composed of “hybrid” profiles (former CEOS with PE investment experience), and that Ceres’ focuses on complex / non plain vanilla transactions or companies.
In the past 2 years, CERES INDUSTRIE CAPITAL has raised and invested €320 million in 4 deal-by-deal transactions.
Renaud holds an MBA from Harvard, is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a Master from St. Gallen University.
