As Senior Investment Manager and Head of ESG at Beyond Capital Partners, she leads the integration of ESG into small and mid-cap investments, embedding sustainability at the core of owner-managed businesses to create long-term economic and societal value.
In her role, she has supported Beyond Capital Partners in the successful launch and ongoing deployment of an SFDR Article 8+ fund that actively promotes ESG characteristics and invests a portion of committed capital in impact assets. This includes defining a robust impact strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and ensuring measurable impact objectives, due diligence, and comprehensive monitoring frameworks are embedded throughout the investment process. Previously, she spent over a decade at EY in transaction advisory, most recently co-leading ESG efforts within the Private Equity Strategy Office—developing tools, delivering training, and shaping market approaches for sustainable value creation.
A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she supports initiatives like Level20 and promotes inclusive leadership across the industry. Her motivation is both professional and personal: to direct capital toward businesses that drive positive transformation for future generations.
