Claire Gawer has been appointed Head of the Private Assets’ Fund Platform in January 2023.
Prior to that, she had been Investment Director in the Funds Investments team of BNP Paribas Principal Investments since 2005, in which role she was in charge of investments in Private Equity and Private Debt funds as well as origination of co-investments with these funds. She was awarded in 2022 by France Invest the Grand Prix des Talents Féminins in the Funds of Funds category.
She previously worked for PAI Partners from 1997 as an Investment Manager. She started her career in 1994 as a business engineer with IBM Global Services in the Internet/Intranet division. Claire is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris and of Harvard University.
