Mr. Filali is a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee and has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he established CVC Private Credit in France and set up their office in Paris in 2019. There, he was successful in developing the business through senior and junior investments across different industries such as software, technology, healthcare, FIG, and education. Prior to CVC, Mr. Filali spent 12 years at BNP Paribas working in various roles across the Leveraged Finance business in Paris, Madrid, and London including High Yield Bonds, Syndication, and lastly as Senior Originator taking responsibility for key tier 1 sponsors accounts. He also led the development of the Technology Leveraged Financing business across Europe. Mr. Filali started his career in the M&A Transaction Services group at Deloitte and holds a Master’s in Finance from ESCP Europe Business School and a Master’s in Business Law from Pantheon-Sorbonne. He speaks French, Spanish, and English.
