Andrew joined CVC DIF in 2011 as a member of the origination team, focusing on transactions in the United Kingdom. He took over his current role managing exit processes in 2016 and, with it, the responsibility for leading, preparing and executing the exit of CVC DIF investments. He has managed our UK office since 2018.
Previously as a member of the Infrastructure Team at PwC, Andrew advised on primary and secondary PPP transactions with a focus on fund setups and exits, listings and valuations.
