Charles de La Ferrière leads Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions infrastructure team in France. He advises infrastructure funds and corporates on domestic and cross‑border M&A, covering risk due diligence (insurance, cyber, climate) and transactional insurance solutions (warranty & indemnity, tax, litigation).
Charles joined Aon in 2025 after 22 years in investment banking at Dexia (New York) and BNP Paribas (Paris and the Middle East), specializing in project finance and later M&A across infrastructure, energy and commodities; in 2020 he joined the BNPPC Corporate M&A team, overseeing acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships
