Description
Justine Kreis is a Private Markets strategist with 25+ years’ experience helping private banks, family offices and institutional investors build and scale successful private equity platforms across EMEA. She is the founder of Swiss Alternative Advisors, where she advises leading institutions on making private markets a core, high‑impact part of their client offering.
She previously held senior roles as Head of Alternatives Investment EMEA at HSBC and Head of Alternative Investments CH at Credit Suisse, and at UBS she integrated private markets into discretionary portfolios. Before her private wealth roles, Justine led business units in asset management at BlackRock and BNY Mellon and was a private equity fund selector at Ardian.
She holds a degree in Economics and an MBA Certificate from the London School of Economics, as well as a Sustainability Strategy certificate from Harvard Business School. Franco‑Swiss, she is bilingual in English and French and fluent in Italian.
