Mar is a third-generation family member and Principal at her family’s Family Office, Chova Group. There, she is responsible for identifying, executing, and overseeing investment opportunities across Capital Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, and Fund Co-Investments.
She began her career at a global top-tier law firm and later spent a period as an entrepreneur in Switzerland, where she founded and exited her first venture.
Mar studied Law between Spain and Switzerland, and later completed a Master’s in Strategy and Marketing at Imperial College London, graduating with distinctions in both. She has further specialized in investments through executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, and IESE, where she is also a guest lecturer.
Beyond her professional work, Mar is actively involved in international Family Office and Family Business communities, both in Switzerland and Spain, as well as globally.
