Holger is a Partner at Vorsprung, a Hamburg-based value investor focused on majority transactions in German Mittelstand buyouts. At Vorsprung, he leads investments and capital formation and brings over 20 years of private equity experience spanning direct investments, co-investments, and fund investments in the European lower mid-market. Prior to joining Vorsprung, Holger co-headed the private equity team at Palladio Partners, a Frankfurt-based private equity and infrastructure investor, where he focused on small-cap private equity investments. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of European Private Investment in Cambridge Associates’ London office and subsequently established the firm’s first Continental European office in Munich, overseeing several large private market mandates and leading Cambridge Associates’ market entry into Germany. Holger began his career at von Braun & Schreiber, a German private equity team.
