Founder and CEO of Ver Capital Sgr. Before establishing Ver Capital, he gained 15 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Hill Samuel, and Finprogetti. He joined Finprogetti in Milan in 1990, where he was involved in investment activities, and in 1993 he joined the corporate finance division of Hill Samuel in London. In 1996, he moved to Merrill Lynch in London, working in the capital markets division on corporate debt issues and structured finance. In 2000, he joined Goldman Sachs in London as head of the debt capital markets division for Italy. In 2006 he founded and started business in Ver Capital. Andrea graduated with honors in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome and holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
