Elina Berrebi is the Co-Founder and Founding Partner
of Revaia, an independent European investment firm
at the intersection of growth and buyout, backing
mission-driven technology leaders shaping a more
sustainable and innovative economy.
Since co-founding Revaia in 2018, Elina has helped
build one of Europe’s most dynamic tech investment
platforms, combining growth equity expertise with
private equity discipline. With €600 million AUM,
offices in Paris, Berlin, Munich and London, and a
local presence in North America, Revaia supports
outstanding B2B SaaS and tech-enabled companies
from Series B to expansion and consolidation—with a
strong focus on AI & data, energy transition, and the
future of work.
Before founding Revaia, Elina played a key role in the
creation of Eurazeo Growth, where she supported
leading European scale-ups such as Farfetch,
ContentSquare, PeopleDoc, Doctolib, Vestiaire
Collective, and Younited Credit. She began her career
at the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (now
Bpifrance), where she invested in mid-cap French
companies.
Elina currently serves on the boards of Frontify, Welcome to
the Jungle, TechnoFounders, and GoHenry, and is also VicePresident of France Digitale, the leading European
association uniting start-ups and investors to foster
innovation and entrepreneurship in the digital economy.
She graduated from École Polytechnique (Finance major) and
Columbia University in New York (Operations Research,
Engineering School).
Elina’s leadership and investment expertise have been widely
recognized. She has been named among Venture Capital
Journal’s “40 Under 40 Rising Stars”, Private Equity
Exchange & Awards’ “Best Young PE Personality of the
Year”, Les Echos’ “France Tech Personalities of 2021”, and
