Arcole is managing funds specialized on MBI transactions and complex situations (complex carve-outs, underperformance, distressed) in France. Arcole's DNA is on the operational involvement of Arcole's team to accompany transmissions and deployment plans. Members of the team take executive social mandates at personal level in portfolio companies whenever necessary.
Investments are focused on French SMEs with a turnover ranging from €10 M to €200 M on Business-to-Business activities in industry and services.
The three founding partners at Arcole have been working together for more than 14 years with over 15 successful turnarounds. A new partner (from Astorg and Cerea Partners) specialized on MBI joined the team in 2024.
