The PE funds follow a strategy based on multi-sector specialism (Climate, Consumer, Healthcare, Services and Technology) focused on resilient growth. The funds generate outsized returns through alpha generation, where about 75% of the value creation at exit comes from operational improvements. The team is composed of c.350 professionals working across 17 offices globally. Permira is currently seeking to raise its next buyout fund (Permira IX).
Permira Credit manages funds along the risk/reward spectrum across liquid (CLOs, Risk-retention) and illiquid strategies (Direct Lending, Strategic Opportunities). Permira Credit is one of the longest standing credit platform in Europe, with strong net returns since inception of 7% for direct lending, 21% for strategic opportunities and 19% for liquid credit. Permira Credit is currently seeking to raise its sixth Direct Lending fund (PCS6), Strategic Opportunities fund (PSO1), and CLO Equity fund (RRF2).
